Payment

We accept wire transfer or Stripe only. Invoices are issued in EUR (Euro) or HKD (Hong Kong Dollar) only.

Standard team pricing

Member 1 is included in the team fee. Each additional teammate is charged by tier (2nd–4th at the mid rate; 5th and beyond at the lower rate).

Pay on or before each deadline to qualify for that window. Between 8 Jul and 8 Aug pays regular rate; between 9 Aug and 9 Sep pays late bird (+10%).

Whitepaper resubmission fee

For Phase 3 (IQCOL International), late resubmissions after 30 Nov 2026 incur:

EUR: €2.71828 × number of days past deadline
HKD: HK$27.1828 × number of days past deadline

Submissions on or before the deadline have no late fee.
